Jio Hotstar Subscription Plan Price
1. Jiohotstar Mobile Plan: This basic subscription starting from Rs 149 provides access to content in 720p resolution and can be used only on one mobile phone. This includes advertisements.
2. Jiohotstar Super Plan: With this plan, users can enjoy shows and films in 1080p resolution and log in to two devices such as mobiles, laptops and smart TVs.
3. Jiohotstar Premium Plan: On purchasing this plan, users can stream up to 4K resolution on the device. A maximum of four devices can be logged in in this plan and no advertisement is shown while watching the content. Dolby Vision and Atmos support is also available.
JioCinema users for jiohotstar Complimentary Off
On opening the Jiohotstar app (formerly known as Disney+ Hotstar), JioCinema users get a compliment of users to use the Jiohotstar premium plan for free. The validity of this free plan depends on your jiocinema subscription. It works like this:
The subscriber of JioCinema Monthly Plan (Rs 29) is upgraded to the Jiohotstar premium plan until the validity of their JioCinema plan ends. The subscriber of JioCinema Annual Plan (Rs 299) is upgraded to the Jiohotstar premium plan until the validity of their JioCinema plan ends. JioCinema subscriber is also getting Jiohotstar 3 -month plans at concessional rates so that they can continue using the OTT platform even after the end of their Complimentary Office.
