– Xiaomi Smart TV 5A comes in three screen sizes 32-inch, 40-inch and 43-inch. The 32-inch model comes with HD resolution and the 40-inch and 43-inch smart TVs come with Full HD resolution. All three Smart TVs come with Xiaomi’s Vivid Picture Engine image-processing technology, which will enhance colors and contrast to provide a better viewing experience. In terms of build and design, the new Xiaomi Smart TV 5A series is said to be more robust despite having thinner bezels.
Also, for audio, the 40-inch and 43-inch TVs come with a 24W speaker setup, which is an upgrade from the 4A series of 4W speakers. The 32-inch model comes with 20W speakers. All Smart TVs come with support for Dolby Audio, DTS-X and DTS-X Virtual – a first in the combination segment. TVs also come with granular audio controls.
– The Xiaomi Smart TV 5A series out-of-the-box comes with Android TV 11, on top of which is Xiaomi’s PatchWall UI. Xiaomi has created a pattern with 40 content apps to show recommendations for movies and shows. The first row will be for recommendations and TVs will also come with IPL 2022 widgets. The third line is dedicated to Netflix, which are all machine learning-based recommendations.
– The UI allows you to set language preferences and recommend movies and shows based on your preferred language. Xiaomi is adding a new Sports tab, which is powered by Sony LIV. Patchwall only recommends movies and shows with ratings higher than 7.5. Other features include Kids Mode, Universal Search and Horizontal Scroll. Since the TVs are powered by Google’s OS, you get support for Google Assistant, Chromecast, Google Play Store and Play Services.
In terms of hardware, the 40-inch and 43-inch smart TVs come with 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, and a quad-core A55 CPU, while the affordable 32-inch model packs 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, and a quad-core A35 CPU. This is the price of Xiaomi Pad 5 in India
It will be available in India in two RAM and storage options. It will come with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 6GB RAM and 256GB storage variants. It is priced at Rs 26,999 for the 128GB model and Rs 28,999 for the 256GB variant and will be available from May 3 on Amazon, Mi.com and Mi stores across India.

Starting with the display, the Xiaomi Pad 5 comes with a 10.95-inch 2.5K LCD screen with 2560×1600 pixels screen resolution. The screen offers 650 nits brightness, which is good enough for outdoor use as well. The device comes with 120Hz screen refresh rate. Apart from this, it also supports Dolby Vision, making it the only tablet in this price segment to offer this feature.
– Under the hood, the Pad 5 is powered by the Snapdragon 860 octa-core chipset that is built on the 7nm process with 2.96GHz clock speed. The SoC is coupled with Adreno 640 GPU.
