Whatsapp Account Ban | WhatsApp took a big step, closed more than 18 lakh Indian accounts in 1 month. Navabharat

new Delhi: According to a new report, the Meta-owned messaging platform WhatsApp has banned the accounts of millions of users in India in the month of January. WhatsApp has banned more than 18 lakh accounts from January 1, 2022 to January 31, 2022. Whatsapp releases its report every month. In which it has been informed that the accounts of more than 18 lakh users have been banned for some reason. So let us tell you why WhatsApp bans users’ accounts.

Actually, Whatsapp bans those accounts, which do not follow the rules of the company. That is, the accounts which go against the company’s policy are banned. On the other hand, if the company receives complaints regarding the accounts, then the company creates that account. WhatsApp received a total of 285 requests for grievance redressal, out of which the company has banned 24 accounts.

According to the company, 18,58,000 accounts have been closed in the month of January. The company has also banned these accounts to protect the platform from harmful behavior. WhatsApp claims that the company works to stop Harmful Behavior before it happens. The abuse detection of WhatsApp is the primary parameter to ban the account. Abuse detection operates on three stages of an account on parameters. This includes responses to lifestyle, messaging and negative feedback at the time of registration.

WhatsApp can ban accounts without warning. If your account is banned then you will get “Your phone number is banned from using WhatsApp” when you open WhatsApp. Contact support for help.” You will get the message. In such a situation, if you think that your account is banned by mistake, then you can email the company.
