OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition Design: The upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 racing edition and live photos of Ace 5 Ultra have been leaked online, which shows the main difference in design and possible positioning in the Ace 5 lineup. These leaks have come through the tipster and Chinese social platform Weibo, which indicates its early launch in China. Let’s look at the new design revealed.
Design of OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition
According to the image revealed on the Weibo page, both the OnePlus Ace 5 racing edition and the Ace 5 Ultra have a round circle -shaped rear camera island. Meanwhile, OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro have a spherical camera island. The racing edition has a texcharged rear panel with dual-camera layout and LED flash. On the other hand, Ultra has a spherical camera module with triple-camera setup, corresponding to the previous premium OnePlus flagship. The camera island appears slightly embossed. OnePlus Ace 5 racing edition has come in two colors which includes one gray and one off-white variant. On the other hand, the Ace 5 Ultra model can be seen in solo gray color. In addition to color and cameras, both phones have flat edges and round corners.

Talking about the processor: The OnePlus Ace 5 racing edition has been confirmed to have a new MediaTek dimensions 9400E chipset, and the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra will have more powerful dimensions 9400+ chipset. Ultra was seen on Geekbench with 16GB RAM, Android 15 OS and 2,779 in single-core test and 8,660 in multi-core tests.
Display: Talking about the display, according to a post on Weibo, both models are expected to give the highest average frame rate in their class. They can also support the 120Hz refresh rate. The racing edition can come with a 6.77-inch LTPS 1080p OLED display, while the Ace 5 Ultra can have a sharp 6.83-inch 1.5K 1.5K resolution LTPS OLED panel.
Battery: Ultra model can have a large 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging. The battery size of the racing edition may be the same, but the charging speed may be limited to 80W.
Camera: In both phones, the rear camera setup may include a 50MP dual-camera system, while the front is likely to have a 16MP selfie camera.
