Lucknow News: Animal lovers and social workers celebrated in Lucknow. Recently, the decision on street dogs has been revised by the Supreme Court on Friday. A large number of animal lovers celebrated the joy of dancing on the bhangra, cutting cakes and distributing sweets. During this, people were seen congratulating each other and thanking the Supreme Court.
People raised the slogan ‘Awara is not ours’. Social animal lover Shilpi Chaudhary, who is performing, said- This is our unity victory. It is the land of Buddha and the country of Gandhi. We were constantly saying that we give up at the discretion of the Supreme Court, how it sees it. We fought for our rights and unitedly raised their voice and got success.
More road accidents die due to rabies
Shilpi Chaudhary said- The Supreme Court would not have changed its decision if such a large number of animal lovers did not take to the streets. People hating animals gave fake scolding to the Supreme Court.
He said- more deaths occur in road accidents than the deaths occur due to rabies. So does this mean to stop walking on the road. On standing in the interest of animals, people are saying that you take responsibility for them. Rather, this responsibility is of the government and the municipal corporation.
The previous decision was reduced to sleep
Neha said- Today is historic. The decision has been given by the Supreme Court regarding street dogs. We welcome him, this decision will become Nazir in future. At the same time, the decision also shows that there is the power in unity that can turn any decision.
He said- We were constantly afraid that the dogs would be shifted. But now we are breathing a sigh of relief. After hearing the previous decision, we did not sleep at night. Struggled on the streets. Today we have got its result as a result.
