Bareilly news: After the recent rains, cases of viral fever in Mirganj area have increased rapidly. On Tuesday, a long queue of patients was seen to get a form on the Community Health Center (CHC) Mirganj. A large number of small children are also coming in viral.
Treatment of more than 1000 patients daily
Dr. Vaibhav Rathore, Medical Superintendent of CHC Mirganj, informed that about 1000 patients are coming to the hospital for treatment every day. Although cases of malaria and dengue have not been reported yet, there are more number of patients with viral fever. 24 -hour treatment facility is available in the hospital.
Facility will be available in investigation from new lab
Dr. Rathore said that a new investigation lab has been started in the hospital premises, in which patients can conduct CVC, malaria, dengue, typhoid and other tests. This will give patients to report and better treatment soon.
Appeal to keep cleanliness
He appealed to the villagers not to allow dirt and water to collect in their homes and surrounding areas, so that mosquito -borne diseases can be protected. He said that awareness is the best way to prevent disease.
Adequate stock of medicines available
The Medical Superintendent said that there is adequate reserves of all the necessary medicines in the hospital, so that patients can get timely treatment in any emergency.
Heat and moisture increased the speed of viral
It is being told that due to the sudden heat and moisture after the rains, cases of viral fever are coming from rural areas to city area. Doctors claim that there is no shortage of both treatment and medicine in CHC Mirganj.
