Lucknow News: Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has started talks with farmers to bring Naimish Nagar Yojana on Sitapur Road. On Wednesday, a team of LDA held a meeting with farmers in Purva village of BKT Tehsil. There was a discussion in it to agree on land acquisition. Joint Secretary Sushil Pratap Singh assured that the compensation amount will be sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers within 7 to 10 days of the baname.
Land acquisition will be done with consent
The meeting was chaired by LDA Joint Secretary Sushil Pratap Singh. Tehsildar-Arjan Hemchandra Tiwari, Tehsildar-BKT Sharad Singh, Purva village head and other officials were also present in it. In the meeting, the farmers were told that the land will be acquired with their consent. For this, forms were also distributed to the farmers, to which many farmers gave positive response. Zonal officer Sangeeta Raghav informed that the process of registry of land will be started soon. 4 times compensation of circle rate
He clarified that old houses or populated parts will be kept separate from the scheme and will not be damaged. The compensation of the land to the farmers will be given according to the increased rates of DM Circle Rate. In rural areas, the circle rate will be 4 times the rate and two times in urban areas. The Naimish Nagar scheme will directly benefit farmers and their families. Under this scheme, development works will also be done in villages, including facilities like road, water drainage, playground, school, park and health center. The scheme will bring major changes in industry, health, education and logistic sector.
