Reliance jio: Reliance Jio has once again established itself as the best service provider. Jio has surpassed its rivals quite behind in both the standards of telecom service – calling and data service. Recently, in the survey conducted in Prayagraj and nearby areas, the government organization TRAI found that Jio’s services are the best on many technical standards. Jio has been the number 1 telecom operator in eastern Uttar Pradesh for a long time due to its large network coverage and high speed internet service.
TRAI surveyed seven more cities and nearby highways, railway routes and coastal areas in March 2025, in addition to the railway route from Prayagraj city and Prayagraj to Kanpur, which has been released by TRAI on 16 May 2025. The TRAI report found that Jio’s ‘call setup time’ in auto-selection mode between 4G/5G during the survey in Prayagraj was the lowest compared to all other telecom operators. That is, users can talk to their home, family, friends and other essential people on Jio’s network rather than the rest of the operators.
Jio’s services are the best
At the same time, Jio’s services were found to be the best in internet speed. In the survey, both the download and upload speed of Jio were found to be the highest. The survey found Jio’s download speed 279.44 Mbps, which was the highest compared to all other operators, while upload speed 41.06 Mbps were also found the highest. Due to Jio’s high speed and uninterrupted connectivity, consumers are able to enjoy services like video streaming, online gaming, app download and internet browsing.
5G fixed wireless access (FWA) also leads the segment
Similarly, HD voice calls, minimum call drop, high voice quality – all these standards performed well in the survey. According to the latest TRAI report, Jio is also at the forefront of the 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) segment in March 2025. With more than 4.16 crore customer base in eastern UP, Jio Mobile leads in the wireless segment. According to the report, in March 2025, Jio connected more than 3.19 lakh consumers to its network.
