Thomson Mini QD LED TV Launch: Thomson has launched its new mini QD LED TV series in India, with two models: 65-inch and 75-inch. These TVs have premium designs and advanced displays and sound techniques, which aim to improve domestic entertainment experience. Thomson Mini LED TV series will be launched on Flipkart on July 17, 2025. The 65-inch model will cost Rs 61,999, while the 75-inch model will have a retail price of Rs 95,999. These TVs have mini QD 4K displays, about which Thomson claims that they provide more sharp contrast, dark blackness and more bright colors than the traditional display. These models support the Dolby Vision, HDR 10 and HLG, which should improve the viewing experience, especially in high contrast content such as action movies or games. The 65-inch and 75-inch models reach a maximum brightness of 1500 notes, they have 540 local dimming zones and provide 100,000: 1 contrast ratio, which improves clarity in both bright and dark scenes. These TV MediaTek processors and Mali-G52 are powered by GPU, which ensures smooth performance for apps, media playback and multitasking. With 2GB RAM and 16GB storage (with DVB support), users get adequate capacity for various apps and daily use.

These TVs have two in-built subwines and the brand claims that they are the first TV to do so in India. Six speakers, Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus, provide a more immersive audio experience. These devices run on Google TV (V4.0) and provide access to many apps and streaming services including Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube, including support of over 10,000 apps. They also have built-in chromecasts and airplays to facilitate the ingredients from your phone or other smart devices immediately.
