Lucknow News: Lucknow, August 31: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that negligence in solving public grievances and problems is unforgivable in any case. He has said that every public complaint and problem being received on the medium of IGRS and CM Helpline should have a satisfactory solution in terms of complainant. The Chief Minister has said that the government is accountable to the public, public interest is paramount. The satisfaction of the complainant and his feedback will be the real measure of the performance of the authorities.
The Chief Minister was holding a review meeting through video conferencing with all Mandalayukta, District Magistrates, Police Captains and senior administrative and police officers on subjects like law and order of the state, IGRS, CM helpline, preparations for the upcoming festivals, preparations for the upcoming festivals, flood control and health services.
Anti -Romeo squads will be active in districts
Describing the safety of women and daughters as the top priority of the government, he directed that the activities of anti -Romeo squad should be done in all the districts. The Chief Minister said that the new phase of ‘Mission Shakti’ will start in the upcoming Navratri, for which all the districts should make extensive preparations from now.
In the meeting, the Chief Minister issued a ranking of public grievances received on IGRS and CM Helpline at Mandalwar, district wise, tehsil, zonewar, range wise, district police and police station level. Directing the concerned District Magistrates and police officers, he said that the solution should be ensured with full sensitivity, respecting the spirit of every victim. He warned that disciplinary action will be compulsorily taken against the officials who file false or misleading reports.
The Chief Minister expressed happiness over the recent festival-festivals being safe and directed the police-administration to stay on alert mode in view of the upcoming Baravafat, Anant Chaturdashi and Vishwakarma Puja.
Instructions given to make relief work more effective in flood affected districts
Reviewing the districts affected by floods and overflows, he said that relief works should be made more effective and guidance of public representatives must be taken in them. In view of the possibility of diseases during the rainy season, he instructed the municipal bodies to strengthen the immediate drainage and sanitation of waterlogging. He asked to ensure the availability of medicines at all health centers for constant organizing the Chief Minister Jan Arogya Mela and for the treatment of snakebite.
Expressing serious concern over the sale of fake or inferior drugs, the Chief Minister clearly said that not a single such activity will be tolerated in the state. The administration was instructed to do continuous vigilance and strict monitoring.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister asked to pay special attention to the availability of fertilizer for the kharif season. He directed that no farmer of the state should be short of fertilizer, intensive monitoring of the supply chain and strict action should be taken on black marketing or hoarding.
The meeting also discussed in detail the preparations for the proposed preliminary examination (PET) on September 06 and 07 by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission. The Chief Minister was told that the examination will be held at 1479 centers set up in 48 districts, which will include more than 25.31 lakh candidates.

The Chief Minister said that the purity and transparency of the examination is the top priority, it should be ensured in any case. He directed that special management should be ensured for the convenience of question papers, deployment of sector magistrates, live CCTV control room, city traffic system and convenience of candidates during the rainy season.
The Chief Minister said that “during the examination, strict action will be taken against those who spread any kind of rumor or misleading information. The District Administration should coordinate with the examination organization and provide all possible facilities to the candidates.”
