Vi unveils 5g services in Bengaluru: Vodafone Idea (VI) is going to start its 5G service in Bengaluru from today! After the successful launch of VI’s 5G network in Delhi NCR last month, there have already been rollouts in Mumbai, Patna and Chandigarh. VI 5G Service in Bengaluru
VI is providing unlimited 5G data service to users on eligible schemes in Bengaluru. The telecom operator has also announced a plan to expand its 5G services in all 17 priority circles, where it has a 5G spectrum, it is expected to be fully rolled out by August this year. This includes an investment of Rs 55,000 crore in the next three years.

To introduce its 5G network services in Bengaluru, VI has partnered with Samsung. This network features AI-operated self-organizing network (SON). VI highlighted that the use of power, multi-technology and energy-efficient small form-fector radio, adopting durable solutions, ensures a comfortable 5G experience. Along with its 5G rollout, VI has also upgraded significant upgrade in its 4G network in Karnataka. In the last 10 months, the company has added 900 MHz spectrum to about 3,000 sites to improve indoor coverage. VI has increased its 2100 MHz spectrum capacity on 1,800 sites and has increased it to other 1,000 places.
