Psychiatrist Dr. RK Bansal said that people should not panic due to failure. If such a problem comes with someone, then the people living together should be encouraged to talk to them regularly and do their favorite work. In depression, the person becomes detached from the normal life. In such a situation, family, friends etc. should ask their problems. Efforts should be made to diagnose it. At the same time, the person who is under stress or depression should also tell his problem.
