After once again getting majority in 4 states including Uttar Pradesh, BJP has now started preparing for the oath of new governments. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath held a cabinet meeting in Lucknow on Friday and after that submitted his resignation to Governor Anandiben Patel. Along with this, the list of BJP MLAs has also been handed over. However, the date of his swearing-in has not been decided yet. He will soon come to Delhi and meet PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah and only after that the date of swearing-in will be decided.
At present, both Amit Shah and PM Narendra Modi are in Gujarat and only after their return will CM Yogi arrive for the meeting. Apart from this, BJP has fixed Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Dharmendra Pradhan as observers for Uttarakhand. Both the leaders will reach Dehradun on Sunday and during this a decision regarding leadership can be taken after the meeting of the legislature party. In fact, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami himself has lost his election, so within a year, a new face will be seen in the state as the Chief Minister.
