Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal lashed out at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Assembly on Thursday. Not only did he attack the BJP, but after a long time he also looked very aggressive on PM Narendra Modi. Referring to The Kashmir Files, he went to the extent of saying that because of not working, he has to take shelter at the feet of Vivek Agnihotri. Delhi CM called him worse than Hitler regarding employment.
‘Modi at the feet of Vivek Agnihotri’
While discussing the Lt Governor’s address, Kejriwal lashed out at the BJP for postponing the MCD elections and alleged that the BJP does not want elections in the country. On BJP’s demand to make The Kashmir Files tax-free, Kejriwal said, “After 8 years of running the central government, if the Prime Minister of a country has to take shelter at the feet of Vivek Agnihotri, it means that Prime Minister has done some work in 8 years.” did not do. Wasted 8 years. Tell them they have to take shelter at the feet of Vivek Agnihotri, save, save.
Hitler used to give minimum job: Kejriwal
Kejriwal further said, “Hitler also at least used to give jobs to his batsmen, used to give employment, read history by taking it up. He had given employment, what did he (Modi) give to you (BJP MLA), job to your children? Did you make arrangements for food and drink in your house? Have you arranged your electricity? Kejriwal is useful for you, you have got electricity free of your house too. I have given jobs to 12 lakh children of Delhi. Kejriwal delivers medicine when someone is sick in your house, not Modi.
Stopped taking Modi’s name after May 2019
Arvind Kejriwal, who has once described Modi as a shameless dictator, a coward and a psychopath, has taken a direct target of PM Modi in this way after a long time. Kejriwal, who had a very aggressive stance against Modi till the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, suddenly changed his strategy after the results and almost stopped taking PM Modi’s name. Even during the farmers’ movement that lasted for more than a year, he opposed the agricultural laws but did not utter a word against Modi. In the recently concluded assembly elections too, he held dozens of rallies, but never took Modi’s name. He used to confine his attacks to the BJP.
Changed strategy due to Gujarat elections?
After a long time, once again Kejriwal has targeted Modi, so its meanings are being searched. Political experts believe that perhaps Kejriwal has changed his strategy regarding the Gujarat elections. The Aam Aadmi Party has high hopes from the Gujarat Assembly elections going to be held later this year. Even though Modi is now the Prime Minister of the country and not the Chief Minister of Gujarat, the politics of the state still revolves around his name and face. It is believed that keeping in mind the Gujarat elections, Kejriwal has started targeting Modi directly.
