During the rainy season, you should run the AC in dry or auto mode. When the AC is run in dry mode, it provides good cooling while reducing the humidity of the atmosphere. On the other hand, in auto mode, the AC changes its mode according to the environment. Using the right mode in the right weather does not put much pressure on the compressor, due to which the power consumption is reduced.

While running AC in monsoon, you should also take care of the temperature. You should set the temperature of AC between 24 to 26 degrees. Due to this, the room will be cool. Also, the electricity bill will also be less. In the rainy season, it is not so hot that you have to set the temperature to 16 or 18 degrees. You can keep the temperature below 26 degrees.

Be it summer or any other season, to avoid AC bills and get good cooling, you have to get the AC installed in your house serviced from time to time. Due to regular servicing and cleaning of AC, you will get fresh air from AC and the cooling will also be good. According to experts, the filter of AC should be cleaned every month, so that the self life of AC remains good.
