Mumbai Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Gaikwad expressed his opinion in a conversation with amidst ongoing discussions about Disha Salian’s death. He said that five years passed for Disha’s death, but it could not be proved whether he was murdered or not.
Sanjay said that Disha died from the 14th floor and the CID investigated the matter from every aspect. No political conspiracy or connection was found in the investigation. The CID called it an accident.
Sanjay Gaikwad clearly said that it is not right to give political color to this matter. His gesture was to those who are trying to connect the case to Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray.
He said, “If someone connects it with politics, it is only their claim. It was completely investigated five years ago. The police and the CID saw every aspect, but nothing was found suspicious.”
Sanjay said that it should be considered an accident and move forward, not a political weapon. Gaikwad expressed confidence in the investigation of CID and said that all the things have been clear in the investigation that took place five years ago. He believes that the attempt to do politics by raising this matter repeatedly is useless.
He said, “The date that was told was the date of an accident. It should be considered the same.”
In the conversation, the Shiv Sena leader also raised the issue of Bangladeshi infiltration. He said that Bangladeshi infiltrators are spread all over the country and this problem is serious. He said, “Bala Saheb Thackeray used to say that there are more than two crore Bangladeshi in the country, but I think this number is more than that.”
Sanjay alleged that these intruders neither care about religion nor understanding the society. They are engaged in spreading violence. Giving the example of West Bengal, he said that incidents of violence are increasing there, because there are more Bangladeshi infiltrators.
