Excessive exercise is dangerous for the heart:
According to health experts, there have been some studies according to which excessive exercise can be dangerous for the heart. Actually, there is a U-shaped curve relationship between exercise and heart health. When you do not exercise at all, the chances of having a heart attack are very high. But when you start exercising and continue doing it, heart health will improve. But when you exercise too much after one level, the chances of having a heart attack again increases. The possibility of heart attack increases again in people who do excessive physical activity. Actually, aerobic activities like running, cycling, jogging and swimming are very healthy for the heart but if you are doing them at extreme level then they can be dangerous for you.
These heart related problems may occur:
According to health experts, if you spend most of your time in the gym or exercising, it can lead to cardiac remodeling. In this condition, there may be a change in the shape and working capacity of the heart, which may be unhealthy for you. Due to this the heartbeat can become irregular. Also the risk of coronary artery and heart attack can increase to a great extent.

Keep one thing in mind, just as exercise is important for heart health, similarly rest is also important for your body. Therefore, maintain a balance between workout and giving rest to the body.
