Sarhasa. Bihar Governor cum Chancellor Arif Mohammad Khan reached Saharsa on Wednesday to attend the sixth convocation of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University (BNMU). In the afternoon, the policemen gave him a guard of honor during his arrival at Saharsa Airport by air from Patna. All senior officials of the district administration were also present on the occasion.
The governor then left for the university by road. In view of his arrival, strict security arrangements were made on the main road from Saharsa to Madhepura. The deployment of police forces and magistrates was ensured so that the program could be completed smoothly.
