On Diwali, many dishes are prepared in homes. Sweets are made and many types of dishes are prepared. Be careful if you buy sweets from the market. Most adulteration is done in sweets during Diwali. It would be better if you prepare sweets at home using pure ingredients and eat them. On Diwali, you can make delicious laddus with gram flour and desi ghee. It is very easy to make gram flour laddus. To make market-like granular gram flour laddus, mix one spoon semolina with ghee. This will make gram flour laddus grainy and tasty like the market. Homemade gram flour laddus with desi ghee taste so tasty that even after eating one or two, one does not feel satisfied. Know the easy recipe of making gram flour laddus.

Ingredients for making gram flour laddu:

You need about 1 kg of gram flour to make gram flour laddus. For this, 1 kg of sugar is required. About 700-800 grams of ghee is required. Take 7-8 tablespoons of semolina. If gram flour is thick then just 1 teaspoon of semolina is enough. Cut favorite dry fruits to add to laddu.

Recipe of Gram Flour Laddu:

Step 1- First of all, melt ghee in a heavy bottom pan and then add gram flour in it. Now fry the gram flour while stirring. Initially keep the gas flame high and keep stirring continuously. Later, when the gram flour becomes slightly thin, turn the gas on medium flame.

Second step- When the gram flour is lightly roasted, it will become thin. You have to fry the gram flour until it turns brown. Roasting of gram flour can be identified by color and aroma. When the gram flour is completely roasted, the ghee will start releasing separately and will swell a lot. Now turn off the gas and keep stirring occasionally, so that the gram flour does not burn from below.

Third step- If you want to cool the gram flour quickly then take it out in another vessel. Now put 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and add semolina to it and fry it. Now mix semolina in gram flour. After both the things cool down, filter them and mix them. Note that if you add borra to hot gram flour then the entire batter will become thin.

Fourth step-Now mix whatever dry fruits you want to add to the gram flour. You can cut the dry fruits into small or big pieces as per your choice. Prepare the mixture by mixing all the things. Now prepare laddus in the shape of your choice. Prepare all the laddus like this and keep them. Make laddus and keep them in a glass jar. You can easily eat gram flour laddu for 10-15 days.
