Especially, if stubborn fat of the stomach increases, it is very difficult to reduce it. To reduce the fat, waist and hips, it is necessary to include exercise and yoga in the routine. If your stomach is hanging, the waist is getting thick and fat is accumulating on the hips, then make these 2 exercises mentioned by experts to reduce it a part of your routine. This will reduce the fat and hips fat. Yoga expert Natasha Kapoor is giving information about this. She is a certified yoga teacher.

Exercise 1 (reverse crunch)

This asana helps reduce the fat and waist fat. This also strengthens the lower abdominal muscles. First of all lie down on yoga mats. Keep both hands next to the body. Keep the palms downwards. Fold your knees and lift the feet up. Keep the thigh at an angle of 90 degrees from the floor. Now tighten the core muscles. Put the knees towards the chest and raise the hips slightly. Waited for a few seconds. Now bring the legs back to the earlier position. This reduces abdominal fat. This exercise also reduces the fat of the waist and hips along the stomach. Along with this, doing bicycle crunch also helps. Repeat it 10-15 times.

Exercise 2 (Mala Mudra Walk)

For this, first stand upright. Keep both legs slightly away from each other. Now you have to come to the squat position. Fold the knees and rest the hips on the ground. You have to keep your spine straight. In this case, connect the palms to each other. Now move the leg forward. In this situation slowly go ahead and then come back. You have to do this for a few seconds. You can increase time according to your ability. This will reduce abdominal fat, waist fat and hip fat. It also removes digestion related problems.
