According to constable Lakhma Ram and station master arrested SOG, the arrested police constable is named Lakhma Ram, who was posted as a traffic policeman in Chohtan, Balotra. While the second accused Kanwarram Chaudhary was working as a railway station master in Palanpur, Gujarat. Investigation revealed that Likma Ram had leaked the paper of the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination for his wife Timo Chaudhary. He later gave this paper station to Master Kanwar Ram to solve.

During the investigation of the paper leak case, SOG came to know about the suspicious role of former Congress councilor Naresh Dev. Naresh Dev has already been arrested. During interrogation, he confessed that he had taken Rs 6 lakh from 7 candidates and taught him the solved question papers. In this episode, Timo Chaudhary and Seema Chaudhary, candidates of the Forest Guard Examination, were arrested.
