Atal Incubation Center of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has signed an equity-based incubation agreement with Agomuk Programme. The program jointly founded by Jas Sharma and Dinesh Sharma addresses the complex crime patterns caused by urbanization and socio-economic disparities.
Agomuk aims to improve public safety through a predictive model using Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced analytics and social insights. This program will help people to live a safe life.
On this occasion, National Startup Day 2025 was celebrated at GGSIPU. The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and Innovation Cell of AICTE. In this program Prof. T.G. Initiatives launched by Sitaram, Chairman, AICTE were highlighted which include National Pitching Round and Faculty Development Programme.
On this occasion, the Annual Performance Rating (Star Rating) of IIC 6.0 was published. The event was a testament to India’s rich entrepreneurial spirit and innovation ecosystem. It was attended by faculty, students and several incubators to witness and celebrate the National Startup Day.
Vice Chancellor of GGSIPU Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma for pre-incubation and incubation projects through equity participation for startup formation, mentoring and seed funding; Prototype development in collaboration with industry; And an incubation fund of Rs 5 crore has been created to create next generation technology facilities. The fund will be utilized through the Institute’s Innovation Council (IIC) along with Atal Incubation Center (AIC) and IPU-Innovation Incubation Foundation (IIF).
