Before Diwali, lose 1-2 kg of weight so that you can eat a lot on Diwali. Weight loss tips before Diwali

Out the white things- First of all, remove all the white things from your plate. Means white things. Reduce white sugar, flour and salt. Because water retention is caused by salt. In such a situation, if you reduce salt in food then water retention reduces. The weight of people whose weight has increased due to water retention reduces.

Exercise daily- Do exercise for 30 to 40 minutes at any time of the day. In which running, walk, yoga or any kind of exercise is done. You should complete 10 thousand steps every day. This will also help you in losing weight.

Healthy Meal Planning- Along with preparing for Diwali, it is important to take out time for your fitness also. Eat home cooked food daily. Don’t eat any unhealthy meals or snacks. Before Diwali, prepare some healthy food for yourself. So that you avoid eating something unhealthy.

Control portions – Eat food but be careful about how much you are eating. Pay attention to your portion control. Especially eat very light dinner. Eat porridge, khichdi, soup or salad in dinner. So that no fat gets accumulated in your body after dinner.

No Oil Day- 2 days before Diwali, bring your diet on No Oil Day. That means, do not use any kind of oil in food during these two days. You should not eat any oily thing. For this, include as much fruits, salad, curd and green vegetables as possible in your diet.

Drink plenty of water – Many times, due to Diwali cleaning or work, we forget to drink water. Due to changing weather, people are able to drink less water. Therefore, drink plenty of water throughout the day. You must drink at least 3 liters of water in a day. This will also make it easier for you to lose weight.
