Education News Desk !!! Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has released the schedule for Class 10th and 12th exams 2025. Candidates who are appearing for Maharashtra Board SSC and HSC exams this year can check the exam dates by visiting the official website. Here is a brief information.
On which date will the exam be held?
Maharashtra Board Class 10 exams will begin from Friday, February 21 and the last exam will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025. This time the exams are being held a little earlier than the year 2024. The exams are being held about ten days earlier. Practical and internal assessment of class 10 will start from Thursday, February 3 and will continue till Friday, February 20, 2024. The detailed schedule has not been released yet.
When will the 12th exams be held?
Maharashtra Board Higher Secondary Certificate Examination i.e. 12th written examinations will start from Tuesday, February 11. The final examination will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Higher Secondary Vocational Course examinations will also be conducted on these dates. As far as practical examinations of class 12 are concerned, the dates for practical, oral and internal assessment have been fixed from January 24, 2025 to February 10, 2025. The papers will also start from Friday and end on Friday itself.
This time the exam will be held early
Talking about the trend of previous years, the Maharashtra Board HSC exam was conducted in the third week of February and the SSC board exam in the first week of March. However, this time the board has extended the exam dates i.e. the exams are being conducted earlier.
What is the reason?
The board has issued a notice in this regard and said that this decision has been taken so that the examinations are completed properly and on time. If the examinations are completed soon, the candidates will get a chance to prepare for competitive examinations. Along with this, everything from supplementary examination to improvement examination will be completed on time, due to which there will be no problem in the further admission process.
