New Delhi, 21 March (IANS). Every year ‘National Anemia Day’ is celebrated on 21 March. On this day people are made aware of anemia, it is told about its symptoms, so that any type of symptoms related to it can be cautious and it can be overcome.
Anemia is a condition in which there is a deficiency of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the body, which is usually defined as anemia in the body. Dr. Rahul Bhargava of Fortis Hospital told IANS that anemia is being seen more among young women and children.
He told that when there is a deficiency of iron in our diet, then symptoms of anemia are revealed. For this, our lifestyle and lack of information are also an important reason. For example, our food is now very rarely cooked in an iron pan. Along with this, women do not have detailed information about menstruation or they do not take health care related to it. It also cannot be decided how much bleeding women have done during menstruation. So in such a situation they have to face anemia.
Dr. says that drinking tea immediately after eating should also be avoided because it reduces the absorption of iron present in the food. Anemia is also seen due to such habits.
Along with this, he says that in some states, children are fed more quantity of milk and it has also been found to have an important reason for iron deficiency in the body.
Doctors say that when the symptoms of anemia are seen, the patients are seen in diseases like anger, fatigue, irritability, headache, sleep, back and back pain, such as anemia.
Dr. explains that iron pill is eaten to meet iron deficiency. However, 25 percent of women do not suit iron pills, so they are given Ivy iron. Also we should use traditional methods of cooking.
He says that along with this, children also have symptoms like irritability, anger due to anemia. In such a situation, special care should be taken to eat. This will definitely give positive results.
Many easy measures can be adopted to overcome iron deficiency. Consumption of iron -rich foods in the diet is very important. Spinach, beans, pulses, nuts and seeds are the best sources of iron, which should be included in daily food. Iron supplements can also be helpful in meeting the deficiency. Many researches have proved that vitamin C supplements improve the absorption of iron. Some changes in lifestyle are also effective in dealing with this problem. Regular exercise, stress management and adequate sleep can contribute to removing iron deficiency.
