New Delhi. Navjot Kaur Sidhu, wife of former Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu and former MLA, has set a new example by defeating cancer. Navjot Kaur, who was battling stage-4 invasive cancer, is now completely cancer free. His big victory was announced by Navjot Singh Sidhu on Thursday. Navjot Kaur recently underwent a positron emission tomography scan, in which it became clear that she is now cancer free. Sharing this news, Sidhu said, “The doctors had given up on his treatment, but his courage and changes in his lifestyle played an important role in defeating this disease.”
Was suffering from stage-4 invasive cancer
Navjot Kaur had stage-4 invasive cancer, which doctors were calling the “rarest metastasis”. In this serious condition she had to undergo breast surgery. He fought this battle of cancer for the last one year, in which the doctors had almost lost hope at the third stage. Navjot Kaur told that after her son’s marriage, cancer had returned again, due to which her hope of survival had diminished.

Made major changes in lifestyle and diet
Navjot Kaur made major changes in her daily routine and diet to defeat cancer. He included things like lemon water, raw turmeric, apple cider vinegar, neem leaves and basil in his daily routine. Consumed walnuts, beetroot, pumpkin, amla, pomegranate and vitamin C rich fruits in the diet. Cold pressed oils, such as coconut, peanut and almond oil, are used for cooking.
Sidhu told:
Have dinner by 6 pm. Next morning, start the day with lemon water at 10 am. Chew 10-12 neem leaves. Avoid sugar and carbohydrates, which cause cancer cells to die.
Sidhu also lost 25 kg weight
Along with Navjot Kaur, Navjot Singh Sidhu also adopted this lifestyle. He himself also benefited from this. Sidhu said that this cured his fatty liver problem and he also lost 25 kg of weight.
