Jaipur. Industry Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore said in the assembly on Monday that show cause notices have been issued by the corporation to the allottees of vacant plots in the industrial area Didwana. Further action will be taken as per rules on submitting answers by the allottees. He said that appropriate action will be taken to solve water, electricity availability and dumping yard problem in the industrial area.
The Industries Minister was answering the supplementary questions asked by the members in this regard during the Question Hour. He said that the industrial area Didwana was declared a semi -developed area in 2017 due to lack of water. Currently there are 47 vacancies here and production on 58 plots is on.
Earlier, in a written reply to MLA Yunus Khan’s original question, the Industries Minister said that the Uudo Gik area, Didwana, has been established in the year 1998 on 31.38 hectares of land. 124 plots have been employed in this. The allocation of industrial plots was started from the year 2005-06. All the plots employed in the said industrial area have been allotted. He laid a detailed description of the allotted plots on the table of the House.
Rathore said that the allocation of plots in the industrial areas established by Rico is done according to Rule 3 of Riico Disposal of Land Rules, 1979 (timely revised). He said that the allocation of plots in Didwana Industrial Area has been done according to the prevailing rule.
The Industries Minister said that the Industrial Area, Didwana was declared semi -developed as 2017. According to the corporation rules, the date of allotment on the plots allotted in the industrial area or the declaration of developed/semi -developed (whichever later) is necessary for entrepreneurs to start production by completing construction work on the plot in 03 years. He informed that currently 58 plots are produced in the said industrial area, 18 plots are under construction, 1 plot and land price has been canceled according to the rules and 47 plots are vacant.
The Industries Minister informed that the allottees of vacant plots in the industrial area Didwana have been issued by the corporation as per rules. There is a provision to approve the time period extension from the competent level on the payment of the Charge fee under the Rico Land Nipatan Rules, 1979 if the answers are presented by the allottees and the answers received by the allottees. He said that action is taken to cancel the plots in case of non -response by the allotti or found to be dissatisfied.
