Dausa. A successful blood donation camp was organized at Little Choice School, Saithal Mode on Sunday under the joint aegis of NVP Welfare Foundation India and Rotary Club. A total of 31 units of blood were donated in this camp, which were later dedicated to the District Hospital Dausa.
Rotary Club President Mahesh Sakunia, Secretary Gajendra Jhala, former President Shivshankar Soni, and Vice President Vinod Gaur were present as chief guests in this program. Also as special guest, R. Yes. Meena and Lalchand Mahawar also became a part of the program.
Former Rotary Club President Shivshankar Soni described blood donation as a “great donation” and said that it is the responsibility of every person to spread awareness about blood donation and participate in it. He appealed to everyone to consider blood donation as an essential task.
Secretary Gajendra Jhala said, “We should make efforts for maximum blood donation, because one unit of blood can save many lives.”
On this occasion, many members of NVP Welfare Foundation, like Jitesh Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, CP Sharma, Dinesh Kumar, Rinku Kumar, Rati Ram, Krishna Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Shravan Kumar, and Meghwal also donated blood.
Vinod Gaur, Director, Little Choice School expressed his gratitude to all the attendees and stressed the need to take such programs forward. This blood donation camp not only helped in strengthening the healthcare but also encouraged the values of solidarity and humanity in the society.
