panchakarma in diabetes
Due to poor lifestyle, blood sugar starts increasing in the body. Due to which dangerous diseases like diabetes arise. Diabetes makes the body hollow from inside. One by one the effect of increasing sugar level starts appearing on all the organs. Therefore, control your increased blood sugar in time. There are many medicines and home remedies in Ayurveda which can control diabetes. At the same time, Ayurvedic method Panchakarma also proves to be effective for diabetic patients. Panchakarma helps in controlling blood sugar.
Many researches are being done on diabetes in Pt. Khushi Lal Sharma Government Ayurveda College, Bhopal, in which a research is being done on about 1050 patients to know the effect of Panchakarma and Ayurvedic medicines on diabetes. Doctors are very excited about the initial results emerging from the research. It is being said that the sugar level of the patients was 350, their sugar level came down to 200 after Panchakarma. In some people this effect was seen within a week, while in others this change was seen within 15 days. This research is being conducted by the Union Ministry of AYUSH. It will take about 1 more year to complete this research.
What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma includes Vamana- inducing vomiting, Virechana- inducing diarrhoea, Anuvasana Vasti- in this different oils are used like enemas, Niruh Vasti- diarrhea is induced by giving decoction and Nasya Karma- medicines are put in the nose. With this, all the dirt accumulated in the body gets cleaned. All the organs start working properly.
Ayurvedic treatment of diabetes
The research found that only those people whose HbA is less than 1C10 were included in the research. So that there is no risk to their health. Recently, out of the people who were admitted to the hospital at different times in the last one month, after giving Panchakarma and medicines to 10 patients, the HbA of 8 patients came down from 1C10 to 6. Whereas some have HBA. C came from 13 to 6-7. In this, research will be done on patients using Panchakarma along with medicines, only medicines and third only by changing diet and lifestyle.
