Churu. A meeting of the Block Execution Committee of the Education Department was organized on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Churu SDM Bijendra Singh with officials of various departments of Churu Block and PEEO, UCEEO.
In the meeting, the Sub-Divisional Officer gave instructions regarding removing the existing encroachments on the playgrounds in government schools, issuing leases to schools without leases and those without playgrounds and getting the students registered under the Palanhar Scheme verified.
Chief Block Education Officer Omdutt Saharan, co-chairman of the execution committee, asked all the institution heads to keep the school premises clean, keep the students away from drugs and follow all the 9 indicators issued by the department regarding de-addiction, tobacco and smoking prohibition and make the school tobacco free. Instructions were given regarding installation of school sign boards, physical verification of stores, block ranking, U DICE portal updation, MDM data feeding on Raj Sims portal, use of smart class rooms, proper maintenance of saplings planted under tree planting campaign. .
Additional Chief Block Education Officer Vinay Kumar Soni gave instructions regarding entry of distribution of IFA Pink and Blue tablets on Gyan Sankalp Portal and Shala Darpan and allotment of library books to all the students before mid-term vacation.
RP Shyam Sundar Poonia gave instructions regarding NES Survey 2024, ensuring availability of dustbins in front of class rooms and continuous use of ICT lab.
In the meeting, Tehsildar Churu Ashok Kumar Gora, Development Officer Mahend Kumar Bhargava, CDPO Shivraj Singh, PHED AEN Avinash Kajla, BCMO Jagdish Singh Bhati, Regional Forest Officer Pawan Sharma, SNI XEN BL Soni, AEN Chanchal Kumari, PA Suresh Kumar, Programmer Rajendra were present. Prasad, AEAN Discom V L Saini etc. were present.
