Rewari. Elections of all bar associations of the state will be held on February 28 on the call of Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. In this sequence, the nomination process for the election of Rewari District Bar Association has started from today. On the first day, seven candidates filed their nomination papers, in which Sujan Singh and Gajraj Singh Advocate for the post of Principal, Satyapal for the post of Deputy Principal, Sukhram for the post of Secretary, Sukhram and Ramesh Kumar for the post of Secretary, Monu Kumar for the post of co -secretary, and the post of Treasurer Chirag Sharma is included.
The nomination process for the bar election will continue from 11 am to 3 pm daily from 10 to 11 February. Subsequently, nomination papers will be trimmed on February 13 and candidates will be able to withdraw their names by 14 February. After the nomination process is completed, candidates will be allotted election symbols. The voting process will run from 9 am to 4 pm on February 28, after which the results will be declared on this day.
Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana has issued strict guidelines to keep this election fair and transparent. During the election process, there will be a ban on putting posters, flakes or promotional materials on any chamber or court premises. Apart from this, the attempt to influence voters by holding collective meetings will also be strictly stopped. Strict action will be taken against the candidates for violating the rules.
A total of 1903 advocates will vote in Rewari District Bar Association. In this election, voting will be held for the posts of Principal, Deputy Principal, Secretary, Co -Secretary and Treasurer. The special thing is that the same advocates can enroll for the post of Pradhan, who have worked for at least 10 years as a member of the Bar Council.
Election team has been formed to operate the election process smooth and transparently, which includes many advocates including Ashwini Tiwari, Charan Singh, Satish Dagar, Shamsher Singh Yadav, Naresh Yadav and Chandan Yadav. Election officials said that strict adherence to the rules of the Bar Council will be ensured and every effort will be made to conduct the election fairly.
This election of Rewari District Bar Association is not only a fight for reputation among advocates associated with the legal profession, but also a test of professional leadership and organizational ability.
