Churu According to the instructions of District Collector Abhishek Surana, on Thursday, Churu SDM Bijendra Singh heard their problems from the common man at the Atal Jan Seva Camp in Churu Panchayat Samiti Auditorium and gave proper instructions to the officials.
SDM Bijendra Singh said that a total of 23 complaints related to revenue, agriculture, transport, city council, civil, electricity, water, statistics department were received in the Atal Jan Seva Camp, out of which 10 were disposed of on the spot.
Directing the cases, he asked the officials that the officers should set the deadline in their departments and ensure the disposal. Along with this, all officers, employees should properly publicize their department’s plans, services and benefit the eligible persons.
Along with this, he gave instructions for the timely disposal of the complaints received in the contact portal, CMO-PMO case, night chaupal, public hearing.
On this occasion Tehsildar Ashok Gora, Trainee RAS Sakshi Puri, Industry General Manager Ujala, BDO Mahendra Kumar Bhargava, CBEO Omdutt Saran, ADO Kamal Sharma, Rajendra Singh from PHED, Rajendra Singh, BCMO Dr. Jagdish Bhati, Ranger Pawan Sharma, Mahipal Singh, Seema, BSSO Raghuveer Singh, Vijaypal, Manisha, Block Statistics Officer Pooja Meena, Programmer Indraj Singh, CDPO Shivraj Singh, personal assistant Suresh Kumar, Dr. Vishwajit, Dr. Kavita, Jaisingh, Mukesh Kumar etc. were present.
