Jaipur. Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani, while extending his best wishes on Baba Ramdev Jayanti and Teja Dashmi, said that Baba Ramdev Ji always strived to establish social harmony and help the poor and destitute, while Veer Teja Ji even sacrificed his life to protect the cows.
On the occasion of Khejadli Shaheed Diwas, Chairman Devnani paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Khejadi trees. Khejadli Diwas is being celebrated since 12 September 1978. The only tree fair in the world is held in Khejadli. Khejadli is a sacred place for the Bishnoi community.
