New Delhi: In the India-China border dispute, a consensus has been reached between the two countries on a particular issue. India and China will soon withdraw their armies from the border. This has been revealed by the Indian government after an intense discussion on some issues during the meeting between Foreign Minister Jaishankar and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in ASEAN.
The Indian government has said that India and China have agreed to work immediately to withdraw thousands of troops deployed along the disputed border due to the long-standing deadlock. Actually, this border line separates Chinese and Indian territories from Ladakh in the west to India’s eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, on which China claims its full rights.
