Donald Trump: America’s newly elected President Donald Trump (Donald Trump) Said that Turkey was behind the Islamic groups that removed Assad from power in Syria.
Trump said that Turkey has taken ‘unfriendly capture’ of its neighbor. Calling Turkey ‘smart’ for overthrowing Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Trump condemned Assad’s brutal regime. Trump said what he wanted for thousands of years and he got it.
America has deployed about 900 troops in eastern Syria. Since Assad fled to Russia, Washington and Ankara have been discussing ways to prevent Islamic State militants from gaining ground again.

The US recently conducted airstrikes against ISIS fighters in Syria. Just a few days ago, the US Secretary of State said that Washington is in contact with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamist group that dropped electric bombs on Damascus earlier this month and forced Assad to flee the country.
Trump pointed to Turkey’s military strength and his strong relationship with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and said that Erdogan is a person who has built a very strong, powerful army and we will work together with him.
