Let us tell you that traditional dosa is prepared by fermenting urad dal and rice paste. But the dosa recipe we are telling you is instant dosa which you can prepare from wheat flour. To make wheat flour dosa you need-
2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
salt as per taste
2 teaspoons rice flour
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 spoon curd
some curry leaves broken into pieces
half teaspoon grated ginger
2 to 3 green chillies
how to make
To make this, mix salt well in wheat flour and also mix rice flour in this flour. Then add curd and water little by little and mix the batter slowly until consistency appears, then add water. The consistency of this batter is a little thin. Add curry leaves, onion, green chilli, ginger, cumin to the wheat dosa batter. Mix well. Now heat the pan and pour the batter with a big spoon. Fill the pan with the batter and then cook the dosa keeping the flame medium-low. Pour a few drops of ghee on the dosa and turn it gently. Now cook it for a while from the other side and then serve with chutney. If you want, you can also make cheese filling in dosa.
