In this video, a person from West Delhi is first seen heating oil in a pan and then when it is completely heated, he first dips some roses well in gram flour and then dips them in hot oil, due to which the roses get fried. He keeps frying the roses in it until they become crispy.
Then he is heard saying in the video that look your fried gulab is ready. After this he jokingly says that if your partner is from West Delhi then he will bring fried gulab for you. While posting this video, the person captioned that look at this fried gulab, with green chutney.
