A municipal water tanker in Pune sank completely inside a huge pothole that had suddenly formed on the road within a few seconds. In a CCTV footage of the incident, the tanker can be seen moving backwards from the spot. As it moves forward, the road starts sinking from behind. First the rear wheels of the truck sank and then the entire tanker sank in it within no time. Officials say that no one was injured in this incident.
As soon as the truck started sinking, the municipal truck driver managed to get out of it because the truck was sinking slowly in the dirty water.
Municipal officials are investigating the incident to find out why the road caved in and the tanker fell into the drain. Residents of the area have also expressed their safety concerns over the incident and wondered what would have happened if a small vehicle had been there.

Another user wrote that the condition of roads is bad everywhere. Another user took a dig at the politics of Maharashtra and said that the condition of our Pune is like this but still only religious issues will be seen in politics.
