Constable Refused to Marry after Falling in Love: A unique incident has come to light in Unnao, in which there is a controversy over the marriage of two policemen.
The story behind this incident is that a male policeman named Yogendra and a female policeman named Mamta were dating each other for two years. Both of them were together all day long. Duty They lived together and became very close friends. They grew closer and planned to get married.
But sometime ago, Yogendra secretly started planning to get married elsewhere.
Knowing this, Mamta tried to convince Yogendra, but he did not listen. Then Mamta filed an FIR against Yogendra in Sadar Kotwali under rape and many other sections. This incident became quite sensational and took the form of a court case.
When the matter started getting bigger and Yogendra faced the possibility of going to jail, his friends decided to get the two of them married in a temple in the dark of the night.
This makes the marriage morally controversial, but it is legally valid.
Pramod Mishra, in-charge of Sadar Kotwali, has accepted this and said that now Mamta can take legal action as per her wish.
