The deceased woman has been identified as Pinky alias Pratibha Prajapati. Her married lover Sanjay Patidar has been arrested on charges of murder of the woman in the case.

According to the information received, in July last year, a person named Balveer Rajput rented the ground floor. However, he was unable to use two rooms because the old tenant locked him.
Patidar, who had vacated the flat in June, had kept his belongings, which had a fridge, kept in these rooms and kept telling the landlord on the phone that he would soon bring his luggage back.
When Balveer needed these rooms, he approached the landlord. The landlord broke the lock and allowed the room to be used.
On Thursday evening, Balveer broke the lock and opened the room and saw that the fridge was still on. He thought that the old tenant carelessly left the fridge on and closed the switch.
After this, Balveer closed the room, thinking that the next day the rest of the goods would be removed. But the next day the reality came to light due to the stench and the whole matter was exposed.
Pratibha was putting pressure on marriage
Patidar revealed during interrogation that he was in a live-in with Pratibha for the last five years, in which he spent three years in Ujjain.
Patidar, who is already married and the father of two children, said that Pratibha was pressurizing her to marry her.
He tried to convince the talent on the day of the murder, but when he did not listen, he strangled him to death.
