Once again allegations of obscenity have come to light in Garba event in Ujjain. Actually, an obscene video has gone viral during Garba in Ujjain. In this, a young man is seen carrying a girl in his lap. It is being claimed that this video is of Garba happening in a famous hotel. Hindu Jagran Manch has expressed strong objection to this. Hindu Jagran Manch has alleged that obscenity is being served in Garba events in private hotels and demanded their closure.
It is said that Garba was organized in a hotel located on Indore Road, Ujjain. On the complaint of obscenity during Garba held on Sunday, Hindu Jagran Manch workers reached the spot and created a ruckus. The workers alleged that ID cards were not being checked during the Garba happening in the hotel. People passing by are being given entry after taking money. The pass fee has been kept at Rs 399.
A Hindu Jagran Manch worker alleged that a boy was doing obscene acts with a girl in his lap in public. Activists had said that such actions hurt the image of Ujjain. Such actions are wrong in worshiping mother. We are demanding from the organizers to take care of this.
Earlier, a video of a woman dancing on the film song ‘Abhi To Party Shuru Hui Hai’ during a Garba event at a club in Ujjain had surfaced. Hindu Jagran Manch had objected by calling it obscene and vulgar. However, on Sunday, the manager of the organizing club released a video and apologized.
Arjun Bhadauria, state executive member of Hindu Jagran Manch, has appealed to the people to boycott the Garba event organized in the hotel. The administration should also keep an eye on such programs and should not allow such wrong things. The administration should cancel the permission given to the hotel with immediate effect. During Garba in the hotel, the young man and the girl were seen crossing all limits. We strongly condemn this.
