In such a situation, according to Udaya Tithi, this year the festival of Annapurna Jayanti will be celebrated on 15th December only.

On this day, it is beneficial to worship Goddess Annapurna at an auspicious time. In such a situation, it would be beneficial to worship Goddess Annapurna in Abhijeet Muhurta from 12 noon to 12.43 pm.
