A video is going viral on social media, in which a person comes out of the car and slaps another person and throws him on the ground. As soon as he does this, the person’s head hits the ground with force and he becomes unconscious. This 30-second video is said to be from Mumbai. In this video, it is shown that a cab driver’s car slightly collides with an Audi, after which the cab driver takes the car back but then a boy comes out of the Audi and starts looking at the bumper of the car.
As soon as the cab driver gets out of the car, the Audi driver starts shouting at him and slaps him, lifts him in the air and throws him on the ground. Due to the force of the slam, the cab driver’s head hits the ground and he becomes unconscious. The Audi driver does not stop even here and he keeps hitting the driver with his kicks. None of the people present around tried to stop him, instead they kept watching as silent spectators. After a while, the driver stood up holding his head, later he went and informed the police about it.
According to news agency PTI, the police said that the incident took place at the entry gate of a mall at around 11 am on August 18. The police said that the cab driver, who suffered head injuries, was first taken to Rajawadi Hospital in Ghatkopar and later transferred to the government JJ Hospital. We have recorded his statement. CCTV footage has revealed the video of the attack on him and we have seized it. Police said that we have registered a case under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code against the person driving the Audi, Rishabh, and his wife who was with him at the time of the incident.
