Babasaheb Bhosale (English: Babasaheb Bhosale, born: 15 January 1921 – died: 6 October 2007) was an Indian politician and freedom fighter, who served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra from 21 January 1982 to 1 February 1983. He was associated with the Indian National Congress Party.

Babasaheb Bhonsle was born on January 15, 1921 in Satara, Maharashtra. He was associated with the Indian freedom struggle during his student days and was also jailed for one and a half years in 1941–42. Babasaheb Bhonsle also practiced law in Satara for ten years after obtaining his law degree in 1951. In his short tenure as Chief Minister, he implemented various reforms; Like implemented pension scheme of freedom fighters and free education to girl students till matriculation. He died after a brief illness on October 6, 2007, at the age of 86.
