Bharati Pravin Pawar (English: Bharati Pravin Pawar, born- 13 September 1978, Nashik, Maharashtra) is a politician of the Bharatiya Janata Party. She has reached Parliament for the first time by winning the Lok Sabha elections. Prior to this, she has worked effectively on the problem of malnutrition and drinking water in the Nashik Zilla Parishad. Before joining public life, she was a doctor, she has an MBBS degree. After the expansion and reshuffle in the cabinet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 7 July 2021, Bharti Pawar has been appointed as ‘Minister of State in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’.
Dr. Bharti Pawar, who has made it to the Modi cabinet, is an MP from Dindori constituency of Nashik district in Maharashtra. Bharti Pawar, a doctor by profession, has reached the Parliament for the first time by winning the Lok Sabha elections. Her constituency is reserved for the Scheduled Tribes. Earlier, she has worked effectively on the problem of malnutrition and drinking water in the Nashik District Council. Before entering the field of politics, she was a doctor, she has obtained an MBBS degree.
Bharti Pawar is the daughter-in-law of former NCP minister and Sharad Pawar’s close aide Arjun Tulsiram Pawar. Hence she is also known throughout North Maharashtra as A.T. Pawar’s daughter-in-law. Bharti Pawar contested the Lok Sabha elections in 2014 as an NCP candidate. She was associated with the NCP for many years, but due to lack of proper respect in the party, she left the NCP in 2019 and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and was elected to the Lok Sabha.
