History News Desk !!! Bikramjit Kanwarpal (English: Bikramjeet Kanwarpal, born- 29 August 1968; died- 1 May 2021) was an actor of English films. He had worked in many serials. Bikramjit Kanwarpal was an Indian Army officer before becoming an actor. He made his acting debut in the year 2003 after retiring from the Army. He acted in films like ‘Page 3’, ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’, ‘Reservation’, ‘Murder 2’, ‘2 States’ and ‘The Ghazi Attack’. Apart from films, Bikramjit Kanwarpal played leading roles in television serials like ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’, ‘Dil Hi To Hai’ etc.
Bikramjit Kanwarpal was born on 29 August 1968 in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. His father Dwarkanath Kanwarpal was an army officer in the Indian Army. He was awarded the ‘Kirti Chakra’ for his bravery in 1963. Following in his father’s footsteps, Bikramjit Kanwarpal also joined the army.
After completing his studies, Bikramjit Kanwarpal joined the Indian Army in 1989. After showing his bravery and courage in the army, he retired from the army as a Major in 2002. Even after retiring from the army, Bikramjit Kanwarpal’s desire to do something new and memorable did not diminish. Chasing his childhood dreams, he made his Bollywood debut in 2003 and from here began a new chapter in his life.
