Ram Krishna Trivedi (English: Ram Krishna Trivedi, born- January 1, 1921; died- November 19, 2015) was the former Governor of Gujarat. He was also the Chief Election Commissioner of India from 18 June 1982 to 31 December 1985.

Trivedi was admitted to Uttar Pradesh Civil Service in the year 1943. After being the District Magistrate and Divisional Commissioner of Allahabad and Kanpur districts of Uttar Pradesh, he also became the Central Personnel Secretary in the year 1975. In the year 1980, he was made the Central Vigilance Commissioner. After this, in the year 1982, R. Of. Trivedi became the Chief Election Commissioner of India. The Lok Sabha elections of 1984 were held under his supervision. R. Of. Trivedi served as the Governor of Gujarat from February 1986 to May 2, 1990.
