History News Desk !!! Deendayal Upadhyay (English: Deendayal Upadhyaya, born: 25 September, 1916, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh; Death: 11 February 1968) was the leader of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was a sharp thinker, excellent organizer and a leader who gave importance to his personal honesty and integrity throughout life. He has been a source of ideological guidance and moral inspiration for the Bharatiya Janata Party. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya considered those who divided Indian culture responsible for the division of the country on the basis of religion and sect. He was not only a Hindu nationalist, as well as a pioneer of Indian politics. Deendayal believed that Hindu is not a religion or sect, but the national culture of India. Deendayal Upadhyay’s book is Integral Humanism (Integral Humanism) in which both communism and capitalism are criticized. Integral Humanism has given an alternative reference to the basic needs of mankind and political action in accordance with laws created.
Life introduction
Deendayal Upadhyay was born on 25 September 1916 in the small village ‘Nagla Chandrabhan’ in Mathura district of Braj. Deendayal’s father’s name was ‘Bhagwati Prasad Upadhyay’. His mother’s name was ‘Rampyari’ which was of religious tendency. Due to the railway job, his father had more time out. His father used to come home sometimes only when he was discharged. Shortly after, Deendayal’s brother was born, named ‘Shiv Dayal’. Father Bhagwati Prasad sent his wife and children to the maternal home. At that time, Dinayal’s Nana Chunnilal Shukla was a station master at Dhankia. The maternal uncle’s family was very large. Deendayal grew up eating and playing with his brothers. Both of them took special care of Rampyari and both children.
Deendayal was deprived of his father’s love at the age of 3 years. Due to the death of her husband, mother Rampyari made her life feel dark. She was mostly taken ill. He got tuberculosis. On August 8, 1924, Rampyari became beloved to God, leaving the children alone. Deendayal was deprived of the love of parents at the soft state of 7 years. Deendayal’s brother died in 1934 due to illness.
Education
Deendayal’s maternal uncle ‘Radharaman’ lived in Gangapur. His family was with him. There was no good management of studies in the village, so Nana Chunnilal sent Deendayal and Shibu to Gangapur to Mama for studies. Dina’s primary education was inaugurated in Gangapur. Mama Radharaman also had less income and more expenses. Their children had to spend the cost of living and studying together with Dina and Shibu.
Difficulty in education
In the month of September 1926, the tragic information of Nana Chunnilal’s death was received. Dina suffered a deep injury to her mind. Could not even emerge from this grief that Mama Radharaman fell ill. Vaidyas told that they have T.B. Has been caused by disease. They are difficult to escape. Vaidyas refused to give medicine. What to do in such a situation, this was the problem. One of his relatives lived in Lucknow. Radharaman’s call came from him. Lucknow had a good treatment. But who to take them there, this was the problem. Somewhere this contagious disease should not be caused by anyone else, everyone was afraid of going to them. Dina used to be engaged in the service of an uncle. He did not believe even after the maternal uncle refused. Mama’s boy Banwarilal also used to study with Dina, but he was also afraid of fingering disease in going to his father. Dina was currently eleven-twelve years old. He agreed to take his maternal uncle to Lucknow. Mama refused a lot. Dina did not agree. In the end, the maternal uncle had to obey Dina. Treatment of maternal uncle started in Lucknow. Dina served his maternal uncle by staring. His exam was also coming near. But he had no attention other than serving maternal uncle. As soon as the attention of the examination came, the maternal uncle sent Dina to Gangapur. Dina could not even read. But he made a proverb of promising birwan to make a proverb. Dina secured the first position in the examination by securing the highest marks. It was a matter of surprise and happiness for everyone.
Dina had to go to Kot village. There was no further education in Gangapur. He took admission in fifth grade in Kot village. There he also lived first in studies. Passed the eighth and ninth grade after going to the royal house. Dina did not have books to read. Deendayal’s maternal uncle’s boy also studied with him. When my brother did not sleep or did not study. Then Dina used to read from her books. Now Dina was in ninth grade. Deendayal again faced huge grief. His younger brother Shibu also passed away due to typhoid. Dina felt deeply sad. Both brothers had a lot of love. After passing the ninth grade, Dina went to Sikar from the royal house. There too, he put his wisdom, dedication and hard work on his teachers. Everyone loved him very much. A few months before the high school examination, Dina fell ill. The high school examination started. Dina made her question papers well. Deendayal not only came first in the exam but also created a new record in many subjects. The answer book of his luminous answer book was kept as samples for so many years.
Praise in studies
Deendayal ji’s favorite subject was mathematics. He always achieved the top number in mathematics. The Maharaj of Sikar got the news about this meritorious student. He called Dina one day. He said, “Son, you have scored very good marks. Tell me, what do you want as a prize? ‘ Dina replied very politely, ‘Only your blessings.’ Maharaj was very impressed by that answer. He blessed Dina by giving a gold medal, Rs 250 for books and Rs 10 per month. After this, Deendayal ji went to Pilani to study at the college. There too all the teachers were greatly influenced by their humble nature, dedication and sharp intellect. In studies, backward students studied with Deendayal and got guidance. Deendayal ji used to teach and explain all these with great love. Many such students used to sit with them all the time.
Gold medal
In 1937, he took the intermediate examination. In this examination too, Deendayal Ji scored the highest marks and set a record. Before this, no student had so many marks in Birla College. When information about this reached Ghanshyam Das Birla, he was very happy. He awarded a gold medal to Deendayal ji. He asked Deendayal ji to give a job in his organization. Deendayal ji thanked him with humility and expressed his desire to study further. Birla ji was very happy with this answer. He said, ‘You want to study further, it is a very good thing. A job for you will always be empty here. You can come whenever you want. Deendayal ji went away after thanking. Birla ji gave him a scholarship.
Admission in college
Deendayal ji got B.A. Had to do. SD for this Admission in college, Kanpur. Studied diligently. Used to live in the hostel. There he had contact with many people like Shri Sundar Singh Bhandari, Balwant Mahasinghe. Political discussions used to last long. Here the seeds of service of the nation were sprouted here in Deendayal. Due to the contact of Balwant Mahasinghe, Deendayal Ji started taking interest in the programs of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Even after all these busyness, he in 1939 BA in the first class. Passed the examination. Pandit G MA Go to Agra to do it. He started participating here in the activities of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh along with Shri Nanaji Deshmukh and Shri Bhau Jugade. Meanwhile, Deendayal ji’s cousin Rama Devi fell ill and went to Agra to get treatment, where she died. Nation publication
Deendayal established a publication institute called Rashtra Dharma Prakashan in Lucknow and started a monthly magazine Rashtriya Dharma to present its ideas. Later he started ‘Panchajanya’ (weekly) and ‘Swadesh’ (Dainik). In 1950, former Minister Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee at the Center opposed the ‘Nehru -Liaquat Agreement’ and resigned from his post of cabinet and joined the opposing side to create a common platform of democratic forces. Dr. Mookerjee sought help from Shri Guru Ji in organizing loyal youths to carry forward work at the political level.
Political conference
Pandit Deendayal Ji organized a political conference in Uttar Pradesh on 21 September 1951 and laid the foundation of the State Unit of the new party, Bharatiya Jana Sangh. Pandit Deendayal ji was the active power behind this and Dr. Mukherjee chaired the first ‘All India Conference’ held on October 21, 1951. The organizational skill of Pandit Deendayal Ji was unmatched.
Conflict
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay took the competitive examination conducted by the government at the behest of his aunt and putting a cap on his head and by placing a cap on his head while the other candidates were wearing Western suits. The candidates jokingly called him ‘Panditji’ – it was a surname that millions of people used to use him with respect and love in later years. He topped the selected candidates in this examination. He moved to Prayag to perform ‘Basic Training’ (BT) with the permission of his uncle and continued to participate in the activities of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in Prayag. After completing Basic Training (BT), he was completely engaged in the works of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and went to the district Lakhimpur (Uttar Pradesh) as a preacher. In 1955, Deendayal became the provincial campaigner of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in Uttar Pradesh.
Supreme chairman
The organizational skill of Pandit Deendayal Ji was unmatched. Finally, the memorable day in the history of the Jana Sangh came when this highly simple and disinterest leader of the party was placed as the highest president of the party in 1968. Deendayal ji went to South India with the message of Jana Sangh after handling this important responsibility.
Service to nation
Pandit ji considered the service of the country more superior than the householder. Deendayal was always ready to serve the country. He had said that ‘India is the basis of our nationality, not only India. If we remove the word mother, then India will remain only a piece of land. Pandit ji has lived every moment of his life with complete creativity and analytical depth. His words written during journalism life are still useful. Initially, he used to write a column called ‘Political Diary’ on contemporary subjects. Pandit ji has also made the work work useful by connecting political writing with long -term subjects.
Writing
Pandit ji has written a lot. In which Integral Humanism, Politics of Lokmanya Tilak, Principle and Policy of Jana Sangh, Life’s Rashtriya Life Problems, National Action, Kashmir, Akhand India, Indian National Institute, Indian Constitution, they also need freedom, they also want freedom, American grains, Indian economy , There is a direction of development, unemployed problem and plow, tax or robbery, betrayal, The True Plans, Development A, Gracital etc. The only goal of his writing was to continuously rejuvenate the world stage of India and the world victory.[4]
Death
Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay, the owner of unique wisdom, simple personality and countless qualities of leadership, was killed on 11 February 1968 at the age of 52 while traveling in a train near Mughalsarai. His body was found lying in the ward of Mughalsarai station. This bright sun of the Indian political horizon dedicated his life to the nation by promoting and promoting civilized political ideology in India.
