According to the Hindu calendar, the full moon date of Shukla Paksha of Phalgun month has started on 13 March at 10.35 am. The same date will conclude on March 14 at 12:30 in the afternoon. In such a situation, according to Udaya Tithi, Phalgun Purnima will be celebrated on 14 March. Apart from this, it will be good to observe Falgun Purnima fast on 13 March.
