A math teacher from Missouri, USA has admitted to having sex with her 16-year-old student. Now the female teacher is in danger of going to jail. The teacher has admitted that she used to wear tight leggings and low-cut tops in front of the student to show off her figure. Court documents have revealed that 26-year-old Hailey Clifton Carmack deliberately wore revealing clothes in front of the student and when she had sex, she even left scratch marks on the student’s back. However, during this time the student’s father was aware of the entire incident, but still he did not say anything and allowed their relationship to continue.
According to ‘The Sun’ report, Hailey, a mother of two children, was repeatedly told by the school administration that she was too close to the students. Hailey was removed from the school after the affair came to light. When Hailey and the student had sex, other students kept an eye on them so that no one else could see them. Initially, Hailey denied the allegations against her and then went to Texas to meet her family. After this affair came to light, Hailey’s divorce situation progressed further. Witnesses showed some such pictures to the police, in which Hailey had even made scratch marks on the student’s back while having sex with him. Both of them had sex in the driveway.
Kent Stombaugh, the district’s superintendent, said, “The alleged misconduct is inexcusable and does not meet the professional standards for district employees. We took immediate action when we became aware of the situation. The employee has not been with the district since December 8, 2023, and we do not expect her to return.” Stombaugh also commented that this was Hailey’s first teaching job, which she had been working at for a year and a half. The allegations first surfaced on December 7. Hailey was then arrested on January 5 and charged with sexual contact with a student, rape, endangering the welfare of a child, and child abuse.
Court documents revealed that a search warrant found messages on Hailey’s phone that revealed a relationship between her and her student. A plea agreement has been signed to drop charges of sexual contact with a student for crimes that occurred between November and December 2023. The victim’s father, Mark Creighton, allegedly knew that his son was involved in an intimate relationship. According to prosecutors, Mark knew about the relationship between his minor child and the 26-year-old female teacher and instead of reporting the information, he continued to hide it and allowed the relationship to continue and even allowed Hailey to come to his home and visit the child.
